The story of Royal Agro Industri begins in the heart of Indonesia’s coconut lands. For generations, farmers here have relied on coconuts, yet the world often saw this fruit as just a raw material.
We saw something else: Resilience in the farmers and a chance to reimagine the coconut’s potential. From this perspective, Royal Agro Industri was created not to replace tradition, but to amplify it by uniting our farmers with modern processing technologies to elevate Indonesia’s coconut heritage.

2020 - The First Foundation

Establishment & Pioneering Investment: PT Dewa Agricoco Indonesia (DAI) was established, marking the start of a modern coconut processing facility in Halmahera, North Maluku, with desiccated coconut and biomass fuel made from coconut husk as its main products.

2024 - Year of Growth

Operational Launch & Local Empowerment: Becoming fully operational, PT Dewa Agricoco Indonesia established itself as a modern factory on Halmahera island and began supporting the local economy by empowering local farmers and raising their living standard. Strategic Group Formation: We officially integrated PT Tri Mustika Cocominaesa (TMC), immediately gaining decades of valuable industry expertise dating back to 1998. Expanding Global Reach: Successfully entered the highly competitive Asian, African and European markets, including China, Spain, The Netherlands, Germany, Egypt and Turkey.

2025 - Global Integration

Latin American Market Entry: Successfully entered the Latin American market, securing clients in Uruguay, Brazil, and Chile. Strategic Expansion: Acquisition of PT Samuda Coco Indonesia (SCI), strengthening the Group's footprint as the specialized coconut processor in Central Kalimantan, expanding our capacity to fulfill global demands.
